These terms of service apply to all services and products offered via scalesworks.com, owned by Scalesworks. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. For questions about these terms, you can contact us via the contact details on our website.

Services

Scalesworks provides AI-driven automation services, including: Integrations with tools like WhatsApp, Gmail, Slack, etc., AI-supported onboarding flows, CRM implementations, AI-generated websites, Maintenance and support via Slack or email. The exact service delivery is agreed per client via a quote or onboarding process.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be made in advance or on invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend service delivery.

Liability

We do our utmost to deliver our services carefully and professionally. However, we cannot be held liable for: Indirect damage or consequential damage, Delays or errors caused by external tools or APIs, Loss of data beyond our control. Our total liability remains limited in all cases to the amount paid for the relevant service in that month.

Intellectual property

All content, code, designs and AI workflows generated by Scalesworks remain the property of Scalesworks, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive right of use for their own business use.

Cancellation and termination

Services with a monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of 14 days. Custom services (such as website construction or implementations) cannot be cancelled after work has started. In case of early termination by the client, restitution is only possible in consultation.

Changes

Scalesworks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We recommend checking this page regularly.
